Over the last few years, including during the Covid pandemic, I’ve visited various places in France. During this time I’ve interviewed the baker that supplies the Presidential Palace with their daily breads. I chatted with the baker who won the prize for the best croissant in Paris and I’ve drunk Champagne in Champagne while eating pink biscuits. Both of these stories were published in SLOW magazine and Premier magazine.  During my trips, I’ve visited Bordeaux, a monolithic church in Aubettere, the cave dwellings in Brantonne, Perigueux,  Camembert in Normandy,  Reims, and sipped wine in St Emillion – to name a few. One of the highlights was watching France win the World Cup Soccer in a village with a population of 230. And of course, there is Paris viewed mostly in black and white.
